Great Bank App

I recently opened account with RAK Bank. Although the branch operation was not superb, I am very happy with RAK Bank mobile. I found it to be feature-rich, convenient and user-friendly. It’s intuitive and easy to navigate. One of the standout features is its built-in 2FA that provides an added level of security for transfers or change of key details, such as your password. So even if someone were to gain access to your device, they would still be unable to perform any financial transactions. Very well done.

WORST EVER

Please dont take credit card with RAKBANK , i dont know about debit card and bank account but i have a RAK credit card,since 1 year am using the card, always be careful about charges,this bank charges me extra extra interest and payments by their faults. They are automatically subscribe the insurance amount and make card negative , then they charges interest , and chat support is waste ,while i calls the customer care waited so long and no supportive , once i share my matter they block the card and given new card after sometime , i cant scan and register the card i tried to call the consumer care i didnt get any response after that they making more charges with heavy interest and they give our personal datas to thirdparty agents to call daily 10 times to irritate (fintrestle loan overdues) they behave very badly and cruely , i cant make payment because of i cant use my old and new card cant be scanning . How can i make payments, and in the holy month these islamic card giving more interest and headaches am moving for a legal action

Worst Banking Service

Worst ever banking service I have experienced from RAKBANK. It’s like a nightmare dealing with RAKBANK. I have a 2 transactions authorized on my debit card even if the transaction voided by the merchant RAK Bank is holding my amount for 2 months without a reason I called them many times they are just saying it’s a bank policy when I am asking a copy of that policy no body is providing me any proof and I had accounts with different banks none of them has this policy and if central bank is having this then it should be implemented on all banks not only RAK Bank should have this policy I believe it’s banks own policy. If yes then show us your policy papers. Don’t just sit on hard earn money and do business or earn profit from it. I hope I have made my point clear please come to us with a valid reason if the amount is voided from merchant why it’s been hold by bank for 2 months I want honest answer except the one you always give it’s a bank or central bank policy and this is the policy then show us clearly what is the policy.
